How to Withdraw

WaveTrade makes withdrawing funds simple and secure. All withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Secure Client Area to ensure fast and efficient processing.

Withdrawal Methods

Credit/Debit Card Withdrawals

Processing Time: Once processed, funds may take 3-5 business days to reach your credit card. In some rare cases, this may extend up to 10 business days, depending on the bank.

Special Conditions

  • If your uploaded credit/debit card has been lost, stolen, damaged, or canceled, you need to submit a letter from the issuing bank confirming the card is no longer valid.
  • If the newly uploaded card has not been used for funding prior to requesting a withdrawal, you need to deposit a small amount to activate the withdrawal facility on this card.
  • WaveTrade may request supporting documentation (e.g., deposit receipts or card statements showing deposit transactions) before releasing funds to the new card.
  • To withdraw an amount exceeding the sum deposited by Verified by Visa/MasterCard Secure Credit/Debit Card, you will be required to use another deposit method that has been used earlier or opt for a bank wire transfer.

Bank Wire Transfers

Processing Time: Once processed, funds may take 3-5 business days to reach your bank account.

Special Conditions

  • For first-time wire transfer withdrawals, you are required to provide a supporting copy of the bank statement related to your registered bank account.
  • Accounts funded by specific methods (e.g., Poli, Bpay, Fasapay, Rapidpay, Klarna) are withdrawn via bank wire transfers, which may incur additional charges.
  • Domestic bank transfers typically reach your bank within 2-3 business days.
  • For withdrawals to a Thai bank account funded via Thai Internet Banking, you will need to upload a clear picture or a colored scan copy of your bank book. Once processed, the funds may take one business day to reach your account.

How to Withdraw Funds

  • Log In: Access your Secure Client Area on the WaveTrade website.
  • Submit Request: Go to the "Withdraw Funds" section and complete the withdrawal request form with accurate account information.
  • Processing: Our team will verify your account balance, review deposit methods, and confirm your account details. Once approved, your withdrawal will be processed, and funds will be released.

Important Notes:

  • Processing Time: Withdrawal requests received before 12:00 AEST/AEDT will be processed on the same business day. Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the following business day.  
  • Fees: WaveTrade does not charge additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, please be aware that some banking institutions may apply intermediary fees, for which WaveTrade is not responsible.
  • Payments: WaveTrade does not process payments to third parties. Ensure that all withdrawal requests are directed to a bank account or source in your name. Payments to joint bank accounts or credit cards are accepted if the trading account holder is one of the parties on the account or card.

Security and Compliance

WaveTrade withdrawal process is strictly governed by Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations to ensure compliance and the secure return of funds to their original source. The company does not accept cash deposits or disburse cash under any circumstances. Additionally, WaveTrade does not accept third-party deposits of any kind.
